| Directions to Destin Destin can be reached from Interstate 10 (I-10), the major east west route in northwest Florida. From I-10, take either Exit 14 at Defuniak Springs/Freeport to Hwy.331S-to US 98; or Exit 13/Hwy. 285 in Niceville, go South on MidBay Bridge to US 98. Directions to Mr Sunshine We are located at Unit 17 of the Green Reef Townhomes at 3650 Scenic Highway 98 E. in Destin, Florida. We are approximately 100 yards west of Captain Dave’s on the Gulf Restaurant and just east of the Crab Trap Restaurant. We are 3 minutes east of the Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall, between Holiday Rd. and Hutchinson St. From the MidBay Bridge, go south to Scenic Highway 98, turn left and go approximately 3 miles, passing through Destiny, Greenreef Townhomes is on the right, just past the Crab Trap Restaurant and Destiny-by-the-Sea. From U.S. Highway 331, go south passing through Freeport, Florida. At the traffic light in Freeport, turn left on to State Road 20, go approximately 1 mile and turn right to U.S. Highway 331. Continue until you reach U. S. Highway 98 at the next traffic light. Turn right onto U.S. 98, Destin is about 14 miles from this point. Take a left onto Scenic Highway 98 at the traffic light in front of the Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall. Greenreef Townhomes is approximately 3 miles down Scenic Highway 98 on the left, just past Captain Dave’s on the Gulf Restaurant.
